I value growth in my life and proving to myself I'm able to accomplish things that feel intimidating or challenging. I also enjoy doing things that feel easy and fun - not just challenging! Outside of corporate work, I spend my time learning what is needed to create my own projects for users (this site being an example). That involves learning more Golang, general back-end security and monitoring practices, how to implement different DB types and reading up on system design.
